The Chronicles of Elyria class action lawsuit has been split between two states now. Gamers class action against the Xsolla studio in the story of Elyria proceeds, lawsuit against Xsolla moved away from the studio. The Chronicle of Elyria subreddit opens with no more censorship in the Soulbound studio. More reading: Chronicles of Elyria is planning on a release for the latter half of 2024. But more importantly, this is a spinoff game Kingdom of Elyria. In 2021, Walsh began releasing new videos on the production he says is taking place. Though CEO Jeromy Walsh later retracted much of that and said that the game was still in production, but the gamers who supported the game for more than $14 million in crowdfunds pressed in full and pursued legal action. In 2020, Chronicles of Elyria shocked MMO gamers, saying they had lost money, had lost the devs, closed Soulbound Studio and ended the program. It’s currently estimating Kingdom of Elyria to start in mid-2019, followed by Chronicles of Elyria which played the main role of in 2016 by ponied up 1,3 million dollars in late 2024. In other words, the current plan would be to get the high alpha start to finish by the end of January, followed by a low alpha test in spring and an end-of-summer test. Soulbound even admitted that Milestone 2 took more than what was expected. The alpha test ended up working again on December 30th, while the time was on a trip. It felt a bit awkward at the moment, culminating in a new issue, which went down with a story that didn’t survive a month. Soulbound Studio broke an autoimposed radio silence on its aims to discuss the development of the alpha build and its plans for 2022. After a tough and difficult 2021, Chronicles of Elyria is no doubt hoping to gain its voice in the new year.
